The SFIPLA will hold a special membership meeting and end-of-summer mixer starting at 6 pm on Tuesday, August 25.
The special meeting is being called by the SFIPLA board of directors for the purpose of a discussion and vote by the members on the adoption of new, proposed bylaws for the SFIPLA. (An explanation of the need for and content of the new bylaws will be separately sent to all SFIPLA members.)
Immediately following the special meeting there, will be an opportunity to network with Bay Area IP law professionals.
Hors-d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.
