Enjoy a unique opportunity to attend a conversation between recently appointed U.S. Copyright Office Register Shira Perlmutter and renowned IP law professor Eric Goldman, as they discuss topics important to California IP practitioners. Other featured speakers include General Counsel Regan Smith, speaking on recent U.S. Supreme Court cases (including Google v. Oracle), and Associate Register of Copyrights (and former Acting Register) Maria Strong, discussing critical and recently enacted copyright legislation.
