Trademark Commissioner Denison and Deputy Commissioner Marsh will provide the latest update on current USPTO initiatives and practices and address any questions you may have regarding examination or TTAB procedures. Topics will include the USPTO new rules and initiatives to limit fraudulent use of the USPTO and clean up the register from trademarks that are no longer in use, and address hot topics and questions you may have on specimen of use, section 2 (d) or 2(e) preliminary refusal, non-traditional trademarks or TTAB practices.
