Stanford Law School, in conjunction with the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, and the California Lawyers Association (Litigation and IPL Sections), are offering Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course – A comprehensive training in IP/Tech ADR advocacy skills on the Stanford Campus.

The course covers the soup to nuts of arbitration and mediation advocacy for IP/Tech disputes in both plenary and small practicum sessions.  Attendees will gain or improve their knowledge and practical skills for representing clients in IP and technology disputes.

Features of the program include:

  • The course will be taught by Stanford Law School faculty, as well as leading IP and technology arbitrators, mediators and advocates from around the country.
  • Registrants will receive two practical books developed by course faculty covering course topics and much more.
  • 15 hours of California CLE will be offered, including 1 hour of legal ethics.
  • Upon satisfactory completion, attendees will receive a Stanford University Certificate of Completion.
