Please join the SFIPLA for a panel presentation discussion for in-house IP practitioners focused on practical considerations of incorporating GenAI tools into one’s in-house IP practice. The discussion will center around different in-house implementations of GenAI and an analysis of the benefits and concerns from an in-house perspective. The panel will be moderated by Rebecca Horton, Partner, Venable LLP and will include:
- Kevin McLintock – Associate General Counsel, Head of Worldwide IP, Logitech
- Scott Minden – Director & Associate General Counsel, Head of Domains, Marketing and Trademarks Legal, Meta
- Rafa Gutierrez – Senior Director, Intellectual Property, Uber
The panel presentation will run from 4-5 pm and will be immediately followed by a networking reception from 5-6pm.
Attendees are eligible to receive one hour of participatory and technology in the practice of law MCLE credits.
