The UK is due to leave the European Union on March 29 – but what will it mean for intellectual property?
The UK’s Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys, supported by AIPLA, is bringing a roadshow to the United States this April to explain all.
The CIPA seminar will come to Palo Alto on Thursday, April 25, running from 12:30pm – 6:15pm, and will feature hot topics such as the patentability of artificial intelligence and an international litigation panel led by Laurie Hill, Vice President of IP at biotech giant Genentech and featuring IP litigator Nick Aries, Co-Head of Bird & Bird’s representative office, San Francisco. The seminar will be followed by a networking cocktail reception with canapés from 6:15pm until 8:00pm.
