SPEAKER

Michelle Greer Galloway is of counsel in Cooley’s IP litigation group. Ms. Galloway’s technology litigation practice focuses on patent litigation and strategic counseling. She advises clients on legal, strategic and technical issues of information management, including electronically stored information and compliance, as well as in the areas of risk management, compliance, and ethics. She is the past Chair of the ABA Intellectual Property Section, Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee and Chaired an ABA Task Force regarding USPTO proposed disciplinary rule changes. She also teaches at Stanford Law School and Santa Clara University School of Law.
